Welcome to my prices page, you'll notice throughout my work, there’s a mixture of reportage and portraiture from taking a relaxed, friendly and unobtrusive approach. I like to focus on the raw, genuine, less pose-y side of relationships capturing the reality and randomness, the belly laughs, the real love and the key moments – the beautiful and the out-takes - natural wedding photos that embrace the absolute heart and soul of your wedding day, not cheesy poses or having you stand around for hours for family photos. Just you being you! And me capturing what makes you two tick.
It’s all about real, genuine moments and a whole lot of laughter, and most importantly it’s never awkward wedding photography. I deliver photos with REAL substance, photos that my couples, families and friends can connect with – beyond simply creating a visually “pretty” photograph.
Nicci is truly amazing! She was a pleasure to have around with us on our special day. From the morning of the wedding when I was getting ready with my bridesmaids until the end of the night, Nicci was running around getting photos from all angles. She made everyone feel at ease and relaxed and was great at organising the wedding party for the key photos too! Nearly all photos were natural and wow did she do an amazing job. We love all of them and they really do tell the story of our day so perfectly!
We strongly recommend Nicci to anyone. Thank you again for giving us amazing photos to remember our day with for years to come, we could not be happier with the end result! :)
Having been lucky enough to have photographed over 500 weddings, travelled to many beautiful countries and having experienced working with the most prestigious of clients and luxury wedding planners for weddings and large events -
I am completely aware of everything that is happening around me and I see the beauty in just about everything.
It’s important to me that you have fun and enjoy your wedding photography experience with me. I make this as simple and trouble-free as possible for you, and provide any help and advice along the way - through my special Client website or in person, I want you to just pick up the phone or drop me an email whenever you have any questions or need some advice.
My Client only website is full of wedding inspiration, dates for your diary, top tips for brides and grooms, links to wedding planning websites where you can find the best wedding advice UK, and your very own Wedding Guide e-magazine written and designed by me specifically for my clients, to ensure you get the most from your wedding photos, with wedding planning advice from a photographers perspective.
On your wedding day itself, I’ll give you as little or as much direction as you require, but not too much that it detracts from capturing your day as it unfolds naturally.
The moments I capture, the ones you see across my portfolio are the ones I really feel strongly about and what I want to capture at your wedding, this is my aim, THIS is my purpose for your wedding day.
If I can look through these photos and laugh, reminisce, smile like a cheshire cat, shed a tear or get a lump in my throat and feel all this when they’re not even my loved ones in the photos, then I know I’m producing something really special for my couples.

Wedding photographer packages

why choose me?
coming soon...
Absolutely, although I am based on the South coast, I photograph nationally in England and Wales and I’ve been very fortunate to capture some gorgeous weddings abroad. I welcome any opportunity to be in the sunshine and would love to hear more about your destination wedding.
In England and Wales travel is charged at 45p per mile (first hour is free). For long distances in England I am always happy to negotiate a travel price. Depending on times and distance, on occasion, overnight accommodation may be required for the night prior to your wedding day. For international assignments, taxi's / car rental are also to be paid by the client.
My wedding photographer packages include either 5, 9 or 11 hours of coverage – depending on your requirements. Ideally you’d have me from preparations (generally 2-3 hours before the wedding) to just after your first dance. Unless you love my fun party shots then you can add an hour or two or even book my all evening coverage. Just see my Extra Bells & Whistles section under my prices.
I offer a variety of albums. If you’d like an album or prints, that’s not a problem - we can chat about that after you’ve received your wedding images or you can purchase these yourself from your clever online gallery store.
If you’d like to add an album to your package when booking, just let me know when and I can email my Queensberry Album Brochure across for you. You can add these to your package at any time or purchase one at a later date up to 3 years after your wedding day.
I truly believe photos should be seen in print, so an album is such a wonderful way to take a trip down memory lane. My clients often buy albums from me for their one year wedding anniversary, or even 3 year! Just bear in mind current prices are only guaranteed for one year after your wedding day, therefor you may see an increase in price after this date.
We go and dance in it! Okay, so the weather is something completely out of my control but I assure you I will capture beautiful photos regardless. The couples who let this get to them and get upset about it end up not enjoying their day as much, the ones who embrace it always end up having the most brilliant of weddings and an awesome atmosphere. Work with me and come outside in the less rainy moments, pack some wellies or go barefoot, bring umbrellas and embrace it. You might get a little dirty, but your wedding day isn’t about the weather, it’s about you two united as a couple, that’s what I’m there to photograph - to give a true representation of your day come rain or shine.
Yes of course, here's some links below to where clients have given me permission to share their full wedding galleries with potential clients, please go ahead, grab a glass of your favourite tipple and enjoy!

Morbid I know, but it’s a good question, right?! So... it would have to be something life threatening or super serious for me to be unable to photograph your wedding. If it were to happen though, I work with and am friends with a huge bunch of lovely and talented full-time female wedding photographers who are at the same standard as me who are ready and waiting to ‘jump in’ at the last minute, should something terrible happen. As long as I’m still alive!!!.. they’ll still be edited by me in my style.
Both. For my own sins, I can never decide which I prefer. I strongly believe in delivering colour images as these really show all the colours and detail you put into your day, as well as the weather and much more. Some colours can really pop and a smile to your face. On the other hand, I am a total sucker for black & white, it has a timeless nature and really draws the focus on the subject with no colours distracting the eye. Therefor, I find myself in a predicament! So to give myself more work and to save you coming back and asking for that photo of Aunt Mary in colour or the one of Daddy in black & white, I just deliver every image in both colour and in black & white!
Unless requested otherwise, a small sneak peek from your wedding day can be shown on the Adorlee instagram / facebook page or in a private email within a few days of your wedding, over the following week or two I may post a larger selection on the Adorlee blog, although in high season, blogging tends to go on the back burner until the quieter months so that I can keep on track with turnaround times for clients photos. I will contact you as soon as all of your images are ready. During the high season this can take up to 8 weeks - I am a true perfectionist and therefore will not rush the editing process and ask that I am not chased in this time.
With a wedding photographer package you get every photo that passes the quality criteria. I select the images based on my professional and experienced opinion. The ones which are not used are basically duplicates of the ones in your final set, eyes closed, someone has walked in front of the camera, unflattering ones or images where the flash has misfired or the lens mis-focused. You can expect an upward of 500 images.
Oh yes, I am Team Canon, photographing with two Canon 5D Mark IV's, Canon Speedlites 600EX, and all Canon lenses including my babies - my 50mm f1.2 and my 85mm f1.2. My second shooters use a selection of prime and zoom lenses from the 16-35mm f2.8, 24-70 mkII, to the 70-200 f2.8
Yes. I am insured with Aaduki Multimedia Insurance, which includes cover for equipment, public liability and most importantly; professional indemnity to ensure you and I are both fully covered.
I highly recommend you also pay for your own wedding insurance.
Yes of course. An associate or a second photographer can be added to your wedding photography package when you book up to 2-3 months before your wedding day. Once you have a better idea of your budget. You can read a lot more about second or associate photographers in my "Meet My Seconds" section at the bottom of this page, where you can also view a gallery of their work.
If you would like to see a couple of full galleries showing weddings with or without a second/ associate photographer, please do let me know and I can email you some links across.
I’m really fortunate to be a part of fantastic network of photographers - we’re all friends :) I work with a small selection of professional, friendly, fun + talented photographers who shoot with me at weddings. They’re all equally passionate about what they do + have a similar approach to photography. You’ll usually find out more about who is second shooting when it comes to around 2 months before your wedding as it varies depending on who’s available on your wedding date. As soon as I know who’ll be second shooting – I’ll be able to let you know a bit more about them too.
I have a four Associate Photographers, Tim, Jess, Kelly, and Helen. They are all to the same high standard as me and photograph in the same style as me. The reason these have become my associate photographers is due to the fact that we have a close and fantastic working relationship from photographing a large amount of weddings and events together. This means that they always know exactly what I'm after and there's no need for me to check if they've captured something, as I can rest assured knowing they already have, and I can relax and focus on only my main role.
If I have never worked at your venue before and it is local, then I can do a venue visit, and if you are also local then I like to schedule this in with a pre-wedding meet to discuss any final details. For weddings further afield or overseas, I shall visit the venue either the day before (upon arrival) or on the morning of before I start shooting. if you are nervous that I haven’t worked at your venue before please do get in touch and I can send you some full galleries of weddings from my first times at venues so you can rest assured that you need not worry. A good and experienced photographer will produce just as awesome photos a first time at a venue. If meeting me beforehand then ask to see my sample Queensberry album - this showcases the first wedding I ever photographed at a Southend Barns.
No not at all. Engagement shoots are great fun and a really good way for us all to get to know each other. Some couples like to book one to break the ice and have a practice run, others prefer to go with the more natural process of being photographed at their wedding (when they are on a wedding high and possibly more relaxed with a glass of bubbles!). Either way your wedding day images will be gorgeous. I would say the main advantage to a pre-wedding shoot is that you can look at the photos after and advise me of poses or angles that you prefer in the photos and this gives you and me a better idea of what poses you'll be happier with in your final wedding photos.
Yes please. Wedding coverage usually stretches out over a long day, so by dinner time – our crummy sandwiches don’t quite cut it. We don’t need a three course meal, just something warm to keep us ticking over.
*Check with your venue though as some offer supplier meals at a lower price.
No. I've most likely discussed this with you already but I do feel it's important that this is reiterated here as you are not photographers and will most likely assume you own copyright to your wedding photos. Photography in the eyes of the law is a piece of art, we as photographers, are artists, and therefor having been the person to press the shutter, the photographer always owns the copyright, unless they have agreed to sell and sign over the copyright, which is incredibly rare. A second photographer signs over copyright to the main photographer and therefore would give me permission to edit and own these images due to the main subject being my client. Although I retain the copyright, you do however, have the right to refuse me use of your images for public display on my website, social media and promotional materials, you also have a license to print for personal use, post online, give to your family and friends, anything really. The only thing you cannot do is alter my images or use them for commercial gain.
*as a small business I of course appreciate my clients support, and the photos I take are what gains me future work. As your wedding approaches you will receive a form asking for permissions for various use of your images, this is entirely your choice and I will respect and honour your decision.
Okay, so I know with the current pandemic of the Coronavirus, this will be a worrying topic for all couples across the country (& beyond) that are now booking suppliers.
I intend on attending every wedding I have booked in my diary, however, as an established business and for the safety and insurance of you, myself and your loved ones, I do of course, have to adhere to government guidelines.
If you decide / are forced to postpone your wedding day then I am happy to transfer your date, as long as I am available, with no charge or change in my service to you, to a future date within 12 months. If you decide to go ahead with a small ceremony within government guidelines on your original date then I will still photograph this and if you wish to also have a second wedding day / celebration at a later date, you can carry any remaining hours over. These can of course be topped up if need be by purchasing additional hours.
If I am unavailable for your new date, I will offer an associate photographer who are always to the same standard of photographer as me and who shoot with the same documentary approach, to capture your day and the images will be edited by me in my signature style.
If you choose to cancel your wedding, my booking fee of £500 remains non-refundable (unless it is a forced majeure). Any other monies already paid will be refunded.
Upon request VIP arrangements (confidentiality agreements) will be put in place to protect any public or press interest. Any photos used for public display by Adôrlee for self-promotion, will need to be agreed in writing first. Please do let me know if you are / a guest, is a public figure or in a position of authority and you would like this put in place.
A friendly chat over coffee and cake to chat about your wedding ideas, your photography, my service, my clients, experience, prices, and a chance for you to look through my portfolio and view an album or two. We can meet before or after you book, and if you’re not local we can run through everything on a Zoom or Facetime video chat, or a simple chat over the phone.
A signed contract along with your £500 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. A contract is put in place for obvious reasons to protect both you as clients and myself as your photographer. Once the initial payment has been received and contract signed your date is booked.
If you would like me to photograph your wedding, please get in touch as soon as possible in order to secure your date. Whilst the Summer months are particularly busy, I shoot weddings year round and I work on a first come first served basis.
I shoot a maximum of 16 weddings a year, whether at a rustic country barn or luxury wedding venues abroad, and this allows me to deliver a really personal service and give my clients photos the time they deserve. With nearly 15 years of experience, I can offer you wedding planning advice in terms of photography, regarding timings, as well as recommendations for some great suppliers I’ve worked with over the years.
You can literally find out everything you need to know in my brochure and within the Frequently asked questions on this page. Simply complete my contact form here to access my prices and brochure.
Whether or not you choose to add a second photographer to capture your wedding day really is personal preference and most of the time down to wedding budget. I have them as part of my á la carte add-ons which can be added to your package up to 3 months prior to your wedding day.
Read on to find out more about second photographers.
Every photographer works differently, we each have our own style and therefore may have different requirements from a second photographer. For me, a second is not really my second, he/ she is a wedding photographer UK in their own right, they're not there to get me drinks or carry my bags, they are professionals in their own right and I hire them to capture specific shots including; morning prep for your groom or bride, another ceremony perspective from the back capturing lovely full length shots up the aisle, if your venue/ church has a balcony then they can take some from above too (I shall be at the front capturing your expressions as most vicars/ Priests and registrars prefer that we stay in one place during the service). During group photographs, my second shall focus on your guests and the aspects of your day that you will be missing.
Another perspective on your romantic portraits meaning double whammy!
Over the last ten years I've had approximately 10 photographers second shoot at weddings for me. These all freelance although also work as main photographers in their own right and just filling their spare weekends with second shooting. I only have second photographers who are to the same standard as me, experienced professional wedding photographers and they all have their own equipment which is to the same standard (or better) than mine.
Oh yes, definitely. Unless referring to my comments in the previous question where I think a second photographer is needed, I can honestly say that having photographed over 500 weddings, approximately half of these I was the sole photographer, and those clients still LOVED their photos. You will still have loads of beautiful photos and your day documented to a high standard.
A second photographer needs to be booked in, a minimum of 3 months before your wedding. If you are one of my clients and unsure whether you need one, please do get in touch with your timeline in hand and we can discuss what will be best for you and your wedding day.
I would not recommend a second photographer in this instance. With a small wedding, these are more intimate, in which case two photographers can be a bit much when there aren't many guests, we become more noticeable, and I can capture candids of the guests alone as there are less of them.
My clients who have booked a second photographer have been over the moon with their beautiful wedding photographs and often speak of how great the second photographer was and how they love being able to see what the fiancé was up to on the day and have those "up the aisle" shots, as well as the added bonus of having both wedding parties mornings documented in their wedding album.
Equally, my clients who have not hired a second photographer for their wedding day have been just as happy with their photos, and have never said to me that they regret not having one.
Read more here about my second photographers or please do get in touch with your timeline in hand and we can discuss what will be best for you and your wedding day.
